• Delta Sigma Pi, a professional Business Fraternity, aims to cultivate ethical leadership among its members through various professional development opportunities. This includes organizing events throughout the semester and incorporating professionalism into chapter meetings. The Vice President of Professional Activities, Supported by their committee, spearheads these efforts by hosting workshops and activities. Recently, the Tau chi chapter sent 16 members to western LEAD in Reno, Nevada where they participated in leadership training and attended workshops on topics such as small chapter management, branding on Linkedin, and time management. This event also facilitated discussions on proposed changes to bylaws and the Fraternity Ritual during Delta Sigma Pi's provincial Council Meetings.

• As a professional fraternity here at UC Merced, Delta Sigma Pi creates a variety of ways to honor and value our scholarship and awards. Our members strive to enhance their academic and leadership skills. One way we uphold ourselves is by acknowledging and appreciating our faculty on campus. By strengthening our connections we become better leaders. We are very fortunate to have alumni who are willing to come and speak with us about their careers and give advice to us undergraduate students. Getting involved with alumni is important to us as we say once a brother, always a brother.
