These are key ideals that are necessary for your success in any endeavor. As students hoping to one day be a part of the world of commerce, we need guidance in preparing resumes and cover letters, practicing for interviews, developing contacts, and making the most of our opportunities. That guiding hand is Delta Sigma Pi. Being the only concentrated Business fraternity on campus we specifically focus on how to develop ourselves within that realm.   

I’m a first-generation student, and before joining DSP, I had little experience of the professional world or how to navigate it once I graduated. I didn’t have the same resources and access that I do now, and due to all of the workshops, alumni panels, and events. I am now prepared to apply for employment and law school. I’m a fourth-year Political Science and Economics double major with plans to attend law school and study corporate/business law after graduation.  

This year, we aim to deepen our ties with the Econ/Mgmt. community on campus, which includes faculty as well as other clubs and organizations. Making sure they are aware of any professional or community events and working together to organize mixers and workshops centered on professional development. In addition to all this, we strive to improve our professional image and hold mock interviews for students.

We want to encourage and assist other students in developing skill sets. We are especially excited about recruiting new members and welcoming them to our organization. We are a small group of like-minded people who are all aiming for success and are pleased to welcome new members to our organization that share our aspirations.
